All Members
  1. No spamming of any channels, even non-guild channels.
  2. No ninja looting from anybody, even "enemies".
  3. Cooperate with one another. You don't have to like each other but you have to be able to play the game with one another.
  4. Find ways to contribute to the guild, even if that contribution is just a good attitude.

Raiders
  1. Leave your sense of entitlement at the door. You are no more deserving of anything than anyone else in the guild. This includes but is not limited to loot, a raid spot, repair money, consumables, etc.
  2. Leave your sense of self at the door, too. You must be able to work together with 9 to 24 other people a few nights a week. You must also be able to cooperate with the entire raid team in general (often as large as 35-40 people!) You may be called upon to go run older raids, as a raid team, to fill in gear gaps for those people who might not be as geared as you are.
  3. Know what your class can and cannot do. Know the buffs and debuffs you can apply to fellow raiders and enemies. You don't have to know the math behind your class, but it helps.
  4. Always be prepared for raids. Keep consumables on you or in the bank at all times.
  5. Ask questions! If you don't know a pull or a boss encounter, never be afraid to ask. If you don't know something about your class, just ask.
  6. The more raids we all show up for means more bosses down, more new content, and more new loot. We don't have an attendance policy per se, but the more you show up the better we all are. People who have been accepted as Raiders would be wise to notify an Officer of any absence over 2 weeks in length or risk losing their raid spot or their Raider status.

Officers
  1. Support non-Officers by answering their questions constructively and work to resolve conflicts between members.
  2. Escalate questions and conflicts to higher-level Officers (Deathguards and Martyrs) as-needed.
  3. Review incoming Applications and generally stay active on the web site (even if it's just talking about non-WoW stuff).
  4. Attend Officer meetings regularly to help resolve larger issues, determine policy changes, etc.

If you - as a guild member of any rank - cannot, or will not, adhere to any of these rules, please feel free to ask for a demotion (if Officer or Raider) or find a guild that better fits your personality.

If you - as a non-Officer - believe you can handle Officer duties and support TMDG, then by all means ask a Martyr what you can do to reach the Officer rank!
