==Level 80 Stat Requirements==
Note: Naxxaramas is requirement less, you may join any of the Naxx 10 or Naxx 25 raids without requirements.

Also Note: You may bring consumables to reach these requirements if you are short in places.

Shadow:
Requirements:
289 Spell hit
2000 Spellpower Self Buffed
15% spell crit

Itemization Values:
int.....spirit..spellpower..spellhit....spellcrit...spellhaste
0.27....0.28....1.51........1.76........0.98........0.94

You should be itemizing Spellhit till you reach the cap
289 (assuming Misery is up and +3% passive from talents)

Then Spellpower and Spellcrit are your best itemization points. Haste is good, but watch your rotation between Mind Blasts so you can fit in Mind Flays without wasting time on the MB cooldown.


Holy:
2300 Self Buffed spellpower
15% spell crit or 10% spell haste
450 mp5 (on your character sheet under mana regen)

Discipline:

2000 Self Buffed Spellpower
15% spell crit
10% spell haste with talents
400 mp5

Also gemming spirit isn't the most beneficial for regen anymore:

Overall Regen Gains: Holy
Spirit: 0.362 Mp5 per point
Intellect: 0.792 Mp5 per point
(1 raw point; gearing, buff, etc; then scaled by other buffs and talents)

Overall Regen Gains: Disc
Spirit: 0.365 Mp5 per point
Intellect: 0.817 Mp5 per point

Spirit items are still good for Spiritual Guidance, but your gem slots are better served with spellpower/int/mp5

You will be most likely using a rotation of Shield, Penance, Flash Heal, Flash Heal, Prayer of Mending and Renew, Penance on tank healing. Prayer of Healing is very useful for fast raid heals after a Borrowed Time speed buff.
