AP: 3.5K+
CRIT%: 30%+
Haste: Try to be over 200 not that big of a deal but still important.

25 Man:

AP: 4k+
CRIT%: 35%+
Haste: 250ish read above.

ArP is only important for MM if you have 549 ArP from gear and have http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45931 (procc is actually 665) to reach the cap or 620 ArP and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40256

Otherwise Agil is better.

These are probably your best choices http://www.wowhead.com/?item=42909 is still valuable in specs with only 1 or 2 points in Imp Ao/tHawk.

MM: Glyphs for MM are more based on your connection if you have a 200ish ms connection then you wont see the benefit of http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45625 and http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45732 is more situational for mm like on the yogg fight it is important since phase 3 his health starts at 30%.
