The TMDG app process:
1. You put in an app.
2. You create an account here on the site.
3. We set your account to "Applicant" status so you can post responses to our questions on your app.
4. You answer any questions we send you over a 48-hour period.
4. Officers vote to accept/deny your application based on your app, your responses, and a variety of other factors.

Applications are currently OPEN. We accept everyone from casual PVEers to hardcore PVPers. If you do want to join the raid team, be prepared to defend your gear/spec/gem/enchant choices, describe your skill/spell priority and rotations, etc. Just because we're casual doesn't mean we don't take raiding seriously. If we don't think you'll fit as a raider, we will always give you the opportunity to join as a casual and prove us wrong.

A few notes on raiding with TMDG:
(1) RAID LOOT RULES: Main Spec then Off Spec. Winning Main Spec /roll wins then passes until other people get items unless no other Main Specs need. The intent is to spread gear out across the group. Sometimes one person will get a bunch of drops in a row - usually means the other people outgear them.
(2) NEW MEMBERS DON'T GET MAIN SPEC ROLLS. We will trial you for 2 weeks. If we like you and believe you are going to stick around, you will be given the same chance on loot as everyone else. We will ALWAYS give gear out before Disenchanting it, so there is still a shot at getting gear during your trial.
